Rent is paid online through the AppFolio resident portal run by Glenn Martin Company. The portal also holds your lease, your payment history and your account balance, and you can set up automatic payments there.

For anything urgent, such as no water, no heat, a leak that will not stop, or a door or lock that will not secure, call the office at (805) 234-5912. For a fire, a gas smell or a medical emergency, call 911 first.
The shared laundry room is under Building One beside the garages. The washers and dryers are pay-per-use and are operated by an outside laundry company.
Each apartment has one assigned parking space or garage. Please park only in your own.
Mail is delivered to the cluster mailbox at the property.

The beach is about three minutes on foot. Downtown, the pier and the restaurants on Price Street are all inside a ten-minute walk; everything else in the Five Cities is a few minutes by car.
